This Paris Hilton Matte Lipstick Collection has 4 lipsticks in it. I like all 4 of the shades. They’re pretty and they glides onto my lips. They have a smooth and soft texture. They stay on my lips for a couple of hours before I need to reapply them. There’s a shade for any occasion. They also feel moisturizing after I’ve applied them.

This collection offers a decent range of colors. I appreciate the use of cardboard packaging, but I wouldnât consider these long-lasting or full-coverage. Theyâre not inherently bad, though. Upon arrival, the lipsticks were a bit scratched, but the packaging was securely sealed. Looking back at the listing, all the lipsticks in the pictures appear the same, so I suspect they werenât handled too gently at the factory. However, I wouldnât be overly concerned if you have something similar.These lipsticks have a matte finish, but theyâre not hydrating, in my opinion. I recommend layering them over a moisturizer or starting with very hydrated lips. The lightest nude shade is quite patchy and looks like chalk on my lips. The mauve provides decent coverage but didnât complement my complexion because it was more of a darker cement gray color. The red is probably the best shade, but it leans more pink. The pink color is a vibrant Barbie pink and reminded me of something Paris would wear.The packaging art/photography was cute, but it felt like something youâd find in a discount department storeâs discount area. It could make a good stocking stuffer for a tween who wants to experiment with makeup without spending a lot of money. However, it wasnât for me.

Starter sets, good price
My daughter has been really getting into makeup lately. This Paris Hilton set is a perfect starter set for her. The colors are nice with a good variety of different colors. They are full size lipsticks and do apply matte. They donât seem to last very long but that works best for her since she is still experimenting with lip products. They do dry her lips out a bit, but it could be because they are matte. For the price, itâs a good deal.

I’m a little torn on these because they are on the cheaper side for sure. However, they are also an extremely low price point. First of all, the box is pretty cute (if you like Paris Hilton). Once opened there are 4 lipsticks described as mattes. I wouldn’t say they were matte, there is a small sheen. That being said they are pretty comfortable on the lips and go on smoothly. My real issue is that they gather and collect in EVERY line you have on your lips, so unless you want to put on an inch high layer I didn’t find them very flattering. They have Paris Hilton caps you can swap out the clear plastic ones for if you’re so inclined. Each cap is different because the color matches the lipstick she wears in the picture. The tubes themselves are “interesting.” They are cardboard. I’ve never seen cardboard lipstick tubes before. I can’t imagine they would be able to hold up in a purse long. If you’re just looking to sample different colors I’d say these are a good option. If you’re looking for a high quality, durable lipstick, maybe not.

I was a little confused by this Paris Hilton Matte Lipstick Collection. The lipsticks come in tubes with clear plastic covers, but cardboard covers with Paris Hilton’s picture are also included. I guess this is for presentation, but it seems a little wasteful to me. I actually prefer the plastic covers to cardboard, except that they don’t all fit tightly enough. The gold part of the tube already has the Paris Hilton name on it.The lipstick goes on smoothly and is actually pretty decent. The pinks are my favorite, since I don’t usually wear nude or brown colors. This would be a good sampler set for a fan.

Cute inexpensive set of lipstick
Really cute set of lipstick that comes with different shades to wear throughout the week. The neutral tones work well for me during the day while at work and the pink and red shades are for the weekends and evenings as they provide more of a pop in color. I am surprised at how inexpensive this set is considering the name that is associated with these lipsticks. Nice formula that creates a little shine and very easy to apply and reapply during the day.
