(First pic is during first application, “after” pic is after about 8 hours of summer wear. I do not have eyebrows anymore, this is all product)I know that like, there are enough reviews of this lol. But I’m so happy with it so far that I’m reviewing it anyway in case it helps anyone with no eyebrows at all. I have basically none. I pull them out.The pics are on oily skin at maybe 3 p.m. and again after work at about 11 p.m. I bravely wore these to work even though it’s 100°f outside and even though they might disappear or turn green. They didn’t! I forgot to take a fully done pic but I wanted to show–there’s basically no eyebrow, it’s all pen except like 8 hairs lolI just got this pen today and I’ve used it one time. It’s Espresso. It’s summer now and I’m extremely oily even in the cold months. I started out with an oily face today, since I did brows in the afternoon. I didn’t use any powder or primer or anything. I wasn’t sweaty or damp when I put it on, just oily. It may be an issue using this in a humid room after showeringThese pics are way TMI for me lol but I wanted people to see how this works on textured/rough skin with no real hair, just like 5 o’clock black eyebrow shadow.The pen color is great, I have dark dark chestnut hair with a silver stripe and light light yellowish skin with red spots. It’s almost my natural brow hair color.I usually use Wet n Wild micro pencils in brunette because it’s such a good color and it’s so hard for me to find stuff that works on my oily textured skin. But it is really hard to get the inside corners right, it can’t do real hairline strokes, and it settles into my wrinkles and smears.The hair texture is giving CGI cat fur or turf, lol. But it’s my first time doing it. My impression is that the brush is too soft. It’s really hard to do straight strokes especially on my left side (I’m very right handed). They come out a little wiggly. Still 5000x better than usual thoughYou have to use a light hand; be mindful, intentional and slow; and start each “hair” in a strategic spot, you can’t just randomly flick lol. I figured that out pretty quick but it’s hard to control. Also I’d see a white spot/line I’d try to cover it and the soft brush would curve or bend and not cover the white spot. Like if you have any high spots the brush may go around them. I had to go back in and carefully cover white spots with like the very very very tiptop of the brush. But still, again, first time! And it took under 15 min. If you start the hairs in random spots instead of strategically it looks more bushy and grassy lol.They’re definitely not perfect but you have no idea how much better they look, and the process is WAY less stressful and mistakes are easier to fix. It’s way easier to draw on hairs than to try to ombre a wax pencil. It’s way easier to manage the depth of the color by just adding hairs and covering more skinI wish so bad that it were waterproof!I’m waiting for the other shoe to drop lol so I’m guessing I’ll have to come back and lower my rating but I’m really hoping not

An all time favorite although I use one from Laura Gellar I love too!This is a must for me to just touch up the edge as mine are pretty much au natural already. Best micro point for precision…my color is Espresso and althoughstill have very dark brown hair its a pretty good match.I keep this in my stock.

Great Brow Pen, Questionable Journey
Love this eyebrow penâitâs my holy grail for perfect brows! But when it arrived, the packaging looked like it had survived a bar fight. Thankfully, the pen itself was unharmed and ready to slay!PS: not my first time ordering this pen and the packaging isnât always this way.

I used the tint on the left (your left) and the pen on the right. As you can see the light pencil strokes are much more realistic. Dark brown looks brown/black. Awesome!

This eyebrow pen is definitely the bomb. I have been using it for 8 months now. The way I can make my brows thick or thin or arch them high is great. And the staying power is amazing….IF you aren’t on the Texas Coast and brutally assaulted by the extreme temps only Texas has. In the winter it’s wonderful. Let summer time roll around and pray you carry back up brows if you use this. I was out in public, with my man, running errands and working outside. I can’t tell you how many times I blotted my forehead from sweating in the 100° heat. Sweat dripping down faster than I could catch it. After a couple hours I went inside, after speaking to Lord only knows how many people, as I flicked on the bathroom light I screamed! This eyebrow pen had contorted my brows into faint smoke colored streaks no longer in the same place I put them. I had smudges on my cheeks, chin and you could literally follow the path my brows took across my forehead and into my hairline! Mortified I realized there was absolutely nothing out there that could take the Texas summer sun. Defeated at the fact I’d now be forced to go browless or endure another day of the traveling brows, I surrendered. I don’t know what Nyx calls sweat proof or what they mean by waterproof either, but this is certainly one hell of a product as long as it’s not a summer of hell temps in Texas!

Tengo una ceja poco poblada y muy clara por lo que por sin maquillaje parece que no tengo pelitos, sin embargo; gracias a que descubrà este producto hace unos años, puedo presumir de una ceja poblada pero sobre todo natural.He utilizado plumones de otras marcas pero siempre vuelvo al de Nyx porque considero que la relación precio-calidad es una de las mejores del mercado.Como referencia, tengo la piel bastante oleosa en la frente y estre producto no se mueve con nada, NADA, se desempeña bien con los geles de ceja y el trazo fino hace que el fakear los pelitos se más facil dando un resultado muy bonito.Para las chicas con tez clara-neutra-olivo de cabello negro o castaño, sà les sirve mi recomendación los tonos 06 brown ash y 08 espresso (que son los que yo he probado) son los que mejor quedan para una apariencia más natural porque el subtono del tinte en el producto es más cenizo y no hace que la ceja se vea rojiza.

Perfect for filling brow gaps and creating brow tails. Creates thin strokes. The results are very natural. Stays on quite long. Make sure to apply on not oily/moisturised skin. That way it will stay longer and youâll be able to create thinner/sharper strokes.
