The only thing I dislike is I ran out for a week or so and my hair started falling out again. It took a month to start working again. It seems this is a product I’ll have to use indefinitely. It’s pricey but worth it.

Blown away by my results!
I buy a lot on Amazon and rarely write reviews, but Iâm blown away by my results and just had to share. Towards the end of April 2024, I noticed my hair was sheddingâa lot. I was losing so much hair that there was hair on my shirt, on the floor, and in my brush, and it was scary! At the beginning of May 2024, when I started to see thinning at the top of my head, with a smaller ponytail and bun, I ordered this product. I committed to taking four pills pretty religiously for three solid months. Within a month, I stopped noticing the shedding. By August, I definitely noticed a difference: I couldnât see my scalp anymore at the top of my head, and there was less breakage. By September, I was blown away by how much my hair had grown out. I could see it, and it was several inches longer! My hair felt thicker with no shedding at all.In October, I took a trip for a friendâs 50th birthday, and all my friends asked if I had extensions. Then, at the beginning of November, I took these pictures and compared them to my pictures from May, and I was amazed by the results. Iâve always had long hair, but I feel like I have my thick hair back from my 30s. No shedding. No breakage. The thinning is gone. I was sceptical but willing to try anything. I have pcos and this hair. I should say HAD because I have given Nutraful a full year and even my husband has noticed that my hair had DOUBLED in thickness! Iâm as shocked as anyone because Iâve had thin, Scandinavian hair my whole life but after a year of taking Nutraful religiously every day, my ponytail has gone from the thickness of a pinky finger to 2-3 fingers! And itâs healthy! Like it actually looks good! I donât care if I have to take this for the rest of my lifeâworth it!! 10/10 recommend!

I took it for 6 months
I didn’t want to write a review until I had taken nutrafol for six months. I have, and I’m stopping now. In a nutshell: I thought the product worked enough to be noticeable, but I’m not sure it worked enough to spend $500 for a six month supply. It did give me confidence as I noticed it working around month 3.Here’s a more detailed review citing some of the concerns others bring up: I was taking a daily dose of biotin that was far more than what’s in these pills, so I do attribute the other ingredients in nutrafol with helping the biotin work better. Also, because I was already taking biotin, I didn’t notice any stomach issues with nutrafol. Four big capsules aren’t awesome to take every day, but it really wasn’t bad. I always took them before or after a meal. I did notice hair growth, especially around my forehead hairline. I feel much more confident putting my hair in a ponytail than I did six months ago, because I feel like the hair pulled back doesn’t look as thin/stringy. The hair that did grow around my hairline is wispy and sometimes pokes out of the ponytail, but it’s thick enough and long enough now that it is more manageable and kind of looks cute. The new growth was not thick enough to be bangs, but that’s how it was growing, like super thin bangs in front. It would be difficult to do a 100% sleek, slicked back updo without a ton of product at this point, however. If I blowdry my hair like I used to with my head upside down, the wisps stand straight up and look kind of silly, so I style my hair differently now. It was really bad at month 3-4 but now the wisps are longer and becoming part of my longer-than-shoulder-length hair. If you can afford $500 over six months, then I think this is worth trying it to thicken up your hair just a little bit. I feel confident that if I stop taking this, I’ll retain the hair that grew in the six months that I was on it. If not, I’ll update this review if I can.

I have used this product for three years and recommend highly. Helps with growth, strength and feel. Can take up to three months for you to start seeing/feeling results.
